Aerate and Over Seeding

Mechanical aeration will be performed. Plugs will be pulled from the soil and deposited at the surface to dissipate naturally. Aeration shall not be performed on slope areas where turf damage and/or safety are of concern. A turf‐type fescue will be applied at a rate of 6‐8 pounds per 1,000 square feet.
